Delivery area
We deliver to addresses within the area listed above. If your postcode isn't eligible at checkout, please choose pickup or contact us — we may still be able to help for larger orders.
Cut-off times & windows
We aim to deliver on the same day for orders placed before mid-afternoon, otherwise on the next trading day. Once your order is on its way the status on your order tracker will switch to Out for delivery.
During peak times (festivals, public holidays) delivery may take an extra day. We'll always email you when your status changes.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address, suburb, postcode and any access notes (gate code, apartment number, safe drop spot) before paying. We're not able to refund deliveries that fail because of incorrect addresses, but we'll always do our best to redeliver for a small additional fee.
Receiving perishables
For dairy, frozen and fresh items, please be available to receive the order or nominate a cool, shaded drop-off spot. Once goods are handed over (or left at the nominated spot for contactless delivery), risk passes to you. Damage on arrival should be reported within 24 hours — see our Refund policy.
Failed deliveries
If no one is available and there's no safe drop-off spot, our driver will return the order to the store and contact you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failed attempts may incur a redelivery fee or be cancelled with a refund of items, less the delivery fee.
