Pickup Policy

How pickup works

  1. Order online. Place your order and choose pickup at checkout.
  2. We pick. Your order moves through statuses you can follow on the tracker: New → Picking → Ready for pickup.
  3. You get notified. We email you (and SMS where available) the moment your order is ready.
  4. Show the QR. Open your order page, show the pickup QR at the counter, and we'll verify and hand over in seconds.

ID & collection by someone else

Staff may ask for photo ID for higher-value orders. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, just share your order number and pickup QR with them — that's all we need to release the order.

48-hour hold

We hold your order for 48 hours from the moment we mark it Ready for pickup. After that:

  • Packaged / pantry items are returned to stock and refunded in full to your original payment method.
  • Perishables (fresh, dairy, frozen, bakery) are refunded less a small restocking fee to cover spoilage, since they can no longer be sold.

Running late? Just call us — we'll happily extend the hold where stock permits.

If something is missing or not right

Check your bag before you leave the counter where you can. Anything we couldn't pick is refunded automatically and listed on your receipt. For quality issues with perishables, please tell us within 24 hours — see our Refund policy.
