You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian place the order on your behalf) and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate contact, pickup and delivery details. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse or repeated failed pickups.

You can order as a guest or create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the listed items. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund of any pre-paid amount) if:

• an item is mispriced or out of stock,
• we can't verify your identity or payment, or
• delivery or pickup isn't reasonably possible at the requested address/time.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout based on your cart and our current delivery settings.

We accept payment by card (processed securely by Stripe), cash on delivery (where available) and pay-in-store at pickup. Card payments are charged at checkout; cash and in-store payments are collected at handover.

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but availability can change while we pick your order. If an item is unavailable when we pick, we will refund that line automatically and contact you about a suitable substitute where possible. See our Refund policy.

Promo codes and loyalty discounts apply at checkout subject to their conditions (minimum spend, expiry, single-use, eligible items). Only one promo code per order. If your loyalty tier already gives a larger discount, the promo code is not consumed.

Pickup and delivery are governed by our Pickup policy and Delivery policy. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you on handover (or when goods are left at the address you nominated for contactless delivery).

The site, including text, images, product photography, logos and the India Town name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Subject to your rights under the ACL and other non-excludable laws, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited, at our option, to refunding the price paid, replacing the goods, or supplying equivalent goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
